The Great Accord

The binding laws that maintain peace and order across all five alliances of Kingdom 1192. Violation carries severe consequences.

I

Non-Aggression

No alliance member shall attack, rally, or scout any member of the five NAP alliances under any circumstance.

II

Resource Respect

Resource tiles occupied by NAP members are protected. No gathering from occupied tiles without explicit permission.

III

Territory Sovereignty

Each alliance controls its designated zones. Do not build, reinforce, or position troops in another alliance's territory without consent.

Save Rule

All resources that can score points in KvK prep must be saved for the next prep phase and only used there. Exception: you may use up to 2× the amount needed for the top reward from non-leaderboard sources. This applies to all events. All RSS used in KvK can be found in the KvK section and the KvK Prep Daily guide.

All Out Event

During the All Out event, only gathering nodes may be hit. No city hits are ever allowed on NAP members. All gathering nodes are fair game on both days.

Diplomatic Resolution

All disputes must be escalated through R4/R5 leadership channels. No retaliation until a ruling from the joint council.

Zero Tolerance

Repeated violations will result in removal from the NAP. Expelled members lose all protections and are considered hostile.

STEP 1: REPORT

Document the breach with screenshots and submit to your R4/R5.

STEP 2: VERIFY

Joint council reviews evidence from both parties within 24 hours.

STEP 3: RESOLVE

Council issues ruling: compensation, warning, or NAP expulsion.

🔰A Level 1 warning is just a record — it does not take away any rights or block you from events, and clears after 4 weeks.
🔰After serving a ban, a Level 2 warning remains active for 4 weeks and blocks you from Golden Bear, Golden Spender, and KvK sign-ups.
🔰Players who are banned under this policy will not be accepted into any NAP alliance during the active penalty period.

🔰If an offender repeats an offence during a ban, he moves further up the ladder.
🔰A severe offence moves more steps in the ladder — for example, each spend limit in the Golden Bear is 1 step, so a non-Golden Spender who spends like a Diamond Spender moves 2 steps.

The Golden Spender

Coordination of high-spender event slots across all five NAP alliances — tokens unlock the Sunday after KvK.

The Golden Spender is a server-wide event. Each alliance gets 8 token-bearers per 4-week cycle (fixed split: two players with 7 tokens, two with 5, two with 2, two with 1 — 30 total). Each booking costs 1 token. Each event offers 10 spots: 4 Diamond (1 per alliance not holding the castle — 6× the top milestone) and 6 Golden (2 for the castle holder and 1 for each other alliance — 4×). R4/R5 manage only their own alliance. Tokens reset Tuesday of Week 4 (KvK prep).

IMPORTANT — 2× Spend Limit

Anyone who is NOT a Golden Spender must keep strictly to the 2× spend limit. This lets everyone get their turn at better rewards and lets your friends claim theirs. Players who break the 2× spend limit will be punished according to the punishment ladder — see the NAP Accord.

Token Roster

Each alliance assigns tokens to 8 verified players per cycle. The fixed split is 2×7, 2×5, 2×2, 2×1 (30 tokens total). Tokens reset when a new cycle begins.
